These free forums are here to provide you with a friendly environment where you can discuss our games with other users and the team at Hutch, make friends, give advice and talk about any other appropriate topics.

A community and its forums are at their best when members treat each other with respect and with this in mind, we’d like to ask that you conduct yourself in a civilized way when joining in with the discussions here. What we want is for this to be a fun and safe place for all of our fans.

We require all new forum members to carefully read, understand and accept the the provisions as set out by the Forums Terms of Service when you register, but we know that sometimes people don’t always read those. We wanted to expand on what they mean and set the tone for our community, so we created our Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, you’re welcome to cancel your membership at any time and continue to browse the forums as a Guest.


Code of Conduct

The Short Version a.k.a. Too Long; Didn’t Read

  1. Use common sense and be accountable
  2. Share your knowledge and be willing to learn
  3. Got a question? Search the forum! It’s probably already been answered
  4. Abuse of the staff, moderators or other forum users won’t be tolerated
  5. Derailing topics and spamming is poor posting etiquette
  6. Use of obscene imagery or language is not acceptable
  7. Don’t break the laws as set out by your country of residence
  8. Report any posts or player behaviour that go against this code
  9. Do not post conversations with Hutch Customer Support. These are between Hutch and the player, and not be shared.


The Long Version a.k.a. The Devil is in the Details

Please note that the following guidelines are not exhaustive and may not address every possible scenario that represents offensive or abusive behaviour. Administrators and Moderators have full discretion to address any behaviour that they feel contravenes our Code of Conduct.

Hutch and its agents reserve the right to suspend your access to these forums at any time for reasons that include, but are not limited to, your failure to adhere to our guidelines. Your access to these forums is a “privilege” and not a “right”.

Disciplinary action will typically take one of the following forms, dependent on severity:

  • Written or system-generated warning
  • Formal Final Warning
  • Temporary Ban
  • Permanent Ban


Any incident will be reviewed on a case by case basis, meaning not all cases will result in an automatic ban. Some bans may be in the form of "Shadow Bans", at the discretion of Hutch. Forum users may, or may not, be informed that their content is not visible to other users. All disciplinary actions, once made, are considered final and not open for discussion or debate. Severity of outcome will be based on the seriousness of the infraction in line with the following items:
  • Abuse and Harassment
  • Avoidance of Suspensions or Bans
  • Cheats, Hacks and Other Malicious Activities
  • Distribution of Personal Information and Impersonation
  • Forum Etiquette
  • Illegal Activities
  • Obscenity, Vulgarity and Inappropriate Language


Abuse and Harassment

Harassment takes many forms, and is not necessarily limited to the type of language used, but the intent of the language used.

Ethnicity, Race or Nationality
  • Promote ethnic, racial or nationalist hatred
  • Use of ethnic, racial or nationalist slurs
Harassment or Defamation
  • Refer to other players, groups of people or Hutch staff in an insulting manner
  • Make false statements regarding individuals, groups, businesses or products.
Religion or Sexual Orientation
  • Negatively portray recognised religions or religious figures
  • Insultingly refer to people’s religion, religious beliefs or any aspect of sexual orientation

Avoidance of Suspensions or Bans

  • Creating and posting on another account
  • Have someone post on your behalf

Cheats, Hacks and Other Malicious Activities

  • Promote the use of or post links to: Cheats, hacks or malicious software
  • Show the results of hacking or tampering with game content
  • Make available or discuss content not available though normal play, this includes distributing in-development or unreleased content without express permission

Distribution of Personal Information and Impersonation

  • Make available any real-life information about another forum user, player or member of staff
  • Pretend to be a moderator or member of Hutch staff
  • Use the name and/or likeness of another person to portray yourself as them

Forum Etiquette

Advertising and Cross-linking
  • Any non-beneficial, non-Hutch related businesses, organizations products or sites
  • Link to threads from other forums without the express permission from a moderator
  • Creating a thread with the sole purpose of linking other posts/threads
Spamming, Thread Duplication and Trolling
  • Repeated use of same phrase, similar phrases or nonsense
  • Creating a thread for a topic that already exists
  • Creating threads for the sole purpose of causing unrest or upset
  • Picking fights or insulting others
  • Making unconstructive posts or off-topic posts that derail conversations
  • Abusing the Reported Post feature by sending false reports or nonsense
  • Using terminology such as: IBTL, IBTB or other abstract, unhelpful statements

Illegal Activities

  • Reference to performing illegal activities
  • Positive portrayal of illegal activities, such as illegal drug usage

Obscenity, Vulgarity and Inappropriate Language

This includes clear and veiled language in any part of a post, username or images; and links to websites that contain the same or similar content.

  • Are an inappropriate reference to human anatomy or bodily functions
  • Are pornographic in nature
  • Are otherwise considered objectionable
  • Bypass the Censored Words filter
