Just pulled this Bentley, how is it? Doesn't seem very useful with mediocre MRA and pretty bad handling

Useless trash probably, just wait for the 15 CFs in the final to find a better one

Lowest 0-60 of any epic Bentley and decent handling (compared to other Bentleys), means it should be good on short, tight tracks

Which way to fuse the Vauxhall VX220?
    969?

I made mine 969, but rq16 opel gt is better in every race but fast circuit... I really can't explain the difference in rq

Ok, thank you. Hm, I think in real life the Vauxhal VX220/Lotus Elise would beat the Opel GT on every twisty track and lose on fast circuit. 500kg weight difference.

I can see the GT getting the DeZir treatment - wish I could pull one

Good point... For sure rq increase to 18, don't know if it will also become UR

BMW 330i E46 and Honda Civic Type R:

I think I should keep the Honda, but I am not sure if I keep the BMW 330i, too.
For city streets I would take my dodge Spirit R/T or Volvo 850 R and if it is wet, standard tires cars like the BMW 320d (RQ15) or the Chevrolet Silverado (RQ16) will be a better option. So 330i fuse material or is there any use of it I do not see?

    Got both.  Hardly use them.

Why is the BMW i3S (RQ13) recommended to keep (24 vs 4 on TopDrivesClub)?

Standard tyres and ok acceleration, but so poor in all other aspects for a RQ13, especially MRA. And not even that good for slalom/G-force since it's not very light (1340 kg).

Can you please find better/faster Rain City streets car in D class? Thats why.
Any car in Top drives with very Low Top speed  is specialist especially D class and above.

But in general, Topdrives.club voting is not trustworthy 100%, especially towards car tunes for some cars.
But in this case, that car is to keep. Not often usage but it shines in specific races.

    Thanks for your answer.

I see quite some D cars doing the job too on those specific tracks.
Often with less acceleration but better grip so I would rather use those ones. But I will keep that BMW then now, in case I would need it in the future. :)

Yeah I'm also surprised about the votes Keep/Fuse for some cars sometimes. Often for decent cars which happen to be useful but most people fuse. It's a good indicator but not always accurate.

Actually mid-range is very strong. Like a lot of electric cars it accelerates strongly throughout it's speed range.

It's also rear wheel drive where comparable RQ13 cars are front wheel drive, so it retains a few more handling points in the rain. And while it's not remarkably light, it's still lighter than average which helps cornering too.

In short, it handles well enough for the strong acceleration to give it the advantage over similar cars.

But its MRA is 24.3 only on TopDrivesClub.
Is it a mistake? Would it mean those numbers are not necessary always accurate on this site?

The topdrives.club 'MRA' figure is a measurement devised by a player called RexKwonDo to compare the 60-100mph time of cars with the same 0-60 figure.

0-60 times can be muddied by how fast the car launches so it can be helpful in judging how well it accelerates once it gets rolling, but it does have it's limitations.

In this case the figure is misleading because the i3S has a top speed of around 100mph and like most cars takes a long time to accelerate the last few mph. It'd be a much higher number for the i3S if it was measured relative to 90mph or 80mph.

It shouldn't actually be able to hit 100mph at all because that 99mph (160kph) top speed is a speed limiter rather than a power/aerodynamics limit but that's a general in-game issue rather than anything specific to the i3S.

Ok thanks. Than I will keep them until I need fuse material.

Recent ceramic pull. Now it’s a low ground clearance, what’s the thinking on this? When I first started playing I really wanted one. I know it has great MRA. Dust gather/food?

Best German Saloon dragger, I think

Despite the low clearance, I would still aim to take it to 699.
Has been useful for me many times and as @HeissRod says it is the best German Saloon dragger.

Thanks! Confirms what I thought. Keeper and 233 it is then.

Ahhh. Well I don't see it around much in events. I'm normally pretty clear on what stays and what goes but genuinely was on the fence with this one

I have my Aston Martin DBS3 at 669 and wonder how to finish it. Any experience out there?
  • EndlessWavesEndlessWaves Posts: 957 ✭✭✭✭
I'm pretty sure the S rarity BMW saloons smash it in drag races these days. It's still a decent car whenever legendaries are disqualified, such as the current 2010-2014 event.

    Thinking of 3×969, 1x 996 and 1+699...

No experience yet but was thinking to do mine 969.
Sort of like the birdcage, not really great at anything but given low weight should be quite good at slalom at least.

I'll be running 5x 000 and laughing at the people competing for top 10.
Aren't they just a "ticket to enter". Should be similar to event with rovers, where you would use only 5 tickets due to long refresh time and guaranteed prize for all tiers
