    (...)

    2. Which car is better? Ford Focus RS or ST Superchips? Do I need keeping both?
I have both. Got the focus just recently, maxed it and already found it useful for some events. I think it's a must have. Almost never used the ST (63 races in 273 days, 68% win), but I'm keeping it.
If I need some fuse material the ST is at the bottom of my fuse list.

    7. Bentley Continetal R: It is tuned 633. Fuse material?
I fused it as soon as the Bentley event was over. ^^
Depends how many other Bentley you have I would say.
That was my plan, too. :) Just fused three cars into it before I got the Bentley Azure. For me the RQ12 Mulsanne Turbo standard tires was more important in this event.

    12. Citroen C-Crosser: Fuse?
I personally have kept it for now but it's on my "potentially to be fused if needed" list, since I have few other 4WD ALL at least equivalent.
    Same.

    14. Honda Ridgeline: 996 for offroad drags?
Got it recently and I still wonder if I will keep it. I guess for these kind of cars, answer can depend about what else you have in the same category for the same kind of races.
For offroad drags I have better cars but nothing from japan. So I will keep it first.

    15. Alfa Romeo Carabo: Keep? Drag car or fast circuit? I have no clue what to do with it.
Drag car I would say. I have since 189 days. 34 races only (59% win).
    Fuse if needed.

    16. Cadillac XLR: Keep, 969? I have noch Caddis.
I have since 244 days, 37 races only (43% win). This is kind of car I was planning to max in some close future, so I would probably find it more useful. Standard tyres cars always need special attention I would say.
It has performance tires. I will keep it first just because it is a Cadillac.

    17. Porsche 928 S: Fuse?
Can be useful in some events if maxed. I had to do it so I kept it.
Now I just checked, I have since 121 days and only used it for 13 races (8% win lol).
    Ok, potentially fuse material.

    22. VW Tiguan: Fuse or keep 969?
I don't see it in your screenshots.
I have 2 Tiguan (2011 and 2017 versions), both maxed, and they are useful on many dirt/sand events. Very often seen. Definitely keep (969).
I have the 2017 version. Third screenshot, top line, third car. I nearly forgot to ask for it because first I did not see it, too. ^^

Ok, thank you for your answer. I commented it in quote.

I know this has been asked before, but I can’t find an updated answer: Is 699 or 969 best on Lotus 2-Eleven S’charged for slalom, g-force and twisty road?

Don’t want to mess it up. ;)

    Twisty road is 233 tune.
For almost all cars 323 is slalom tune.
1st tune has to be 233. It is dominant tune.
323 could be for 2nd car or even for 3rd car.

or 323 if you have the GT4 at 233.......or if you have the Unicorn super light

    Thanks TD42792,
I have won the VW Type 2 with my Levorg 669. I will fuse it 969 if I need it again.

I got some C class cars but I am not sure which ones I should keep and which can be fused.
My C class mid ride height garage:

    1. Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS: fuse?
    2. Which car is better? Ford Focus RS or ST Superchips? Do I need keeping both?
    3. DS3 Racing: 969?
    4. Renault Sport Clio 200: 969?
    5. Dodge Spirit R/T: 969?
    6. Honda Accord Euro-R: 969? Looks like a good RQ15 city car.
    7. Bentley Continetal R: It is tuned 633. Fuse material?
    8. Volvo 850 R is fused for 969 but I did not upgrade it. Or is there any better tune?
    9. Chevrolet El Camino SS 454: 996

Cars I got from packs in the last weeks:

    10. Jaguar XKR 100: 969? I have a Jaguar XK Convertible 969. I think the XKR is slightly better so it is worth keeping.
    11. Suzuki Swift Rally: First 969. Second 969, too?
    12. Citroen C-Crosser: Fuse?
    13. Porsche 968 CS: 969?
    14. Honda Ridgeline: 996 for offroad drags?
    15. Alfa Romeo Carabo: Keep? Drag car or fast circuit? I have no clue what to do with it.
    16. Cadillac XLR: Keep, 969? I have noch Caddis.
    17. Porsche 928 S: Fuse?
    18. Subaru Legacy: Fuse or keep? 969? My standard tires cars are RQ16 Subaru Forester 2008, RQ18 DS Wild Rubis, RQ15 BMW 19. 320d, RQ16 Chrysler Crossfire Coupe and RQ16 Chevrolet Silverado SS. All are 969 tuned.
    20. Corvette C4: Fuse or keep? 969 or 996.
    21. Volkswagen Lupe GTI: Fuse? BMW 320d standard tires should be quicker in wet conditions but I have no VWs except RQ13 VW Golf G60 Rally and Country Buggy. I think it should be RQ14 D class. Compared to the VW up! GTI it is 0.5 secs quicker to 60mph and has standard tires. Is that such a big difference of 5RQ points.
    22. VW Tiguan: Fuse or keep 969?

    23. RQ22 Ford Escort Rally: 969?

Sorry for annoying you with such big list. Thanks for any advice.
Following in @HeissRod's footsteps, I've been trying to collect every SR car for a while now, so I generally err on the side of keeping things when possible. Sooner or later you'll run into a situation where you need a car you fused away. However, you have to be realistic and prioritize based on the rest of your garage and its needs. Having a versatile SR (and lower RQ garage for that matter) can make weekly challenges/Championships a lot easier.

    1. Aside from the RQ16 Spirit, it's your only other US medium clearance for SR. Think 969 maxes at 5.0/85. It has MRA of 81, which is decent, especially compared to the Spirit's 52 MRA. The Spirit is a bit lighter, and stats end up better (969 = 4.8/86), but it's less versatile than the Monte Carlo SS I would say. I would keep it as it's your best Chevy SR city car.

    2. I always remember the Focus RS being better than the Superchips, but that may have changed with all the physics changes. They're very close - the RS has 54 MRA vs the Superchip's 51, but the Superchips has traction control while the RS does not. RS is a touch lighter and maxes at 5.2/93, while the Superchips maxes at 5.1/92. Between the two I would go with the RS if you had to keep only one.

    3. MRA of 59, maxes 5.1/91 at 969. Only other french medium clearance at RQ17 is the Sport Clio 200, which has MRA of 67 and maxes 969 at 5.5/94. I think you don't need to keep both, but I would keep the DS between the two as it has the French Renaissance tag and there are better medium clearance SR Renaults.

    4. See above.

    5. See #1. I would keep if you need a Dodge city car/90's city car. Haven't used mine but I've got Dodge city tracks covered with URs.

    6. Used to D-class a long long long time ago. Maxes 969 at 5.6/89. A nice RQ saver. Mine sees occasional use in challenges.

    7. Heavy, 69 MRA, maxes 5.0/81 at 969. I would keep for collection purposes, but I don't see it getting used over other SR Bentley's so I think you could safely fuse away.

    8. 969 is probably best as it has poor MRA (57).

    9. Correct.

    10. It is slightly better - 5 MRA better and maxes 969 at 4.3/87 compared to the convertibles 4.4/87. I would agree that it's worth keeping.

    11. Second 969

    12. I never use my maxed one, but at the time when I decided to keep it, it was the only SR offroad car. Now you have the RQ18 Alaskan and the RQ18 R20 Turbo 4x4, and those are better french offroad choices. Could keep if it's your only french offroad car, but you can safely fuse as well.

    13. Mine is 969 (5.1/90) and I think that's mainly the only tune you see.

    14. Mine is 996 for short offroad drags. It's decent at hillclimbs too. No sense doing 969 as it doesn't have the handling to match other 4wd/STD SRs like the subarus

    15. Absolutely awful MRA of 54, but its low 0-60 can make it a decent short dragger. Won't beat the El Camin anytime soon, but you might see some use for it in IT events.

    16. 969.

    17. Can safely fuse I think. I've never used/upgraded mine.

    18. I would fuse. You've already got a 4wd/STD RQ16 Subaru, and they all get outclassed by the RQ18 Legacy, so although this one has better MRA than the Forester you've maxed, it's probably not worth upgrading this one.

    20. (Seems your numbering system put #19 in the middle of your comments for 18) Has 80 MRA. Mine is 996 (4.7/74), and it rarely gets used as the El Camino exists and is quicker in a straight line, but I did use it not long ago for an 80's event I believe (which probably means it won't be needed again for a while). Could fuse out of necessity but it's a decent car on the rare occasion it gets used.

    21. Keep it. Don't upgrade it unless you need it as like you say, there's a possibility it could drop to D. It's very lightweight which helps it punch above what the stats may suggest. Great for wet slalom/karting/car park.

    22. Lightest SR VW offroader - 969.

    23. 969.

Thanks milewski for your detailed answer. I would like to keep them all, too. But I am just RQ 134 and have 3164 gold. I am not sure if I can collect 6200 gold (1200 gold for RQ140 offer and 5000 gold for RQ150) before I reach RQ150. I have to decide if I buy slots now or wait, fuse some (good) cars and get the offers. I think waiting for the offers is the better way. I will stay free to play. Had some bad experiences with another pay to win game.

I will keep DS3 Racing and Renault Clio 200, just because I finished the Clio yesterday.
Yeah did not notice that the 19. was in 18. :D
After your and Yama_san's answer I think my feeling about the cars wasn't so wrong. Good to know.

    1. Is there any use of a second D14 Volvo 850 T5-R? I just got a second one from my daily reward (Volvo aluminium). My sister got a second D12 Volvo C70 convertible from it. I read in the forum about multiple pulls. Looks common. Maybe keeping the Volvo for a Volvo event because they rarely drop?

    2. Will the Jaguar XK150 be reused for some events or can I sell/fuse them? Just got three of them. Maybe keeping one because it is a prize car.
  • HeissRodHeissRod Posts: 8,022 ✭✭✭✭✭
The Volvo is not used often enough.  Fuse it away, since you don't have room for it.

I'd recommend keeping all three (at least two) you got just in case.

    Hello everybody,

obviously i misstuned my 720s. It is 963 now, because i needed drag power and as i have no Bugatti this is my best dragger.

Question now is how to finish?
I guess 996 as 969 seems worst tune for Epics ans legends?
Even 699 might win on drags vs 969?

No. At least go 969. It's a handling car, don't ruin it with 996.

Curious what to upgrade next as I have 26 B class to fuse.
My French garage is abysmal with 0 legends and only 3 B class so I'm ignoring those for now.

Also my only GB legend is 12c.

My thoughts are on the BMW M6, 911 GT2, Evo, Syclone, RUF, SLR, Project 7, or the Levante S.
  • HeissRodHeissRod Posts: 8,022 ✭✭✭✭✭
I you French garage is abysmal, then maxing that Sport Megane Trophy would help a lot.  Outside of that, I suppose I'd go with the Project 7.

    Hi,

which tune is the right tune for the C17 Aston Martin V8 Vantage? I am not if I should go 996 or 969.

    My Aston Martins:
    B19 - V8 Zagato - 333
    C17 - V8 Coupe - 969
    D14 - DB4 GT Zagato - 996
    E8 - DB5 - 996

  • 969 or 699?
or is there anyone have 969 could provide some data on this car?

I would go 996 on this one... best UR Aston Dragger... 969 or 699 will get beaten by some others UR Astons on twisty stuff.

I found this yesterday on the Smiley Forum.

note that the original author of this table forgot to highlight the 323-advantage on 1m.

I need cash and I'm considering to sell one of my Epics.

Which ones would you sell (or fuse) from my garage?
(I know a lot which are 100% to be kept, and probably just 2-3 which don't worth it, but will wait for all inputs anyway.   :) )

    Thanks.
