So, with the finals on now, anyone can chime in on 699 or 969 SQ5? It's not snow, with some wet asphalt, so not sure here. Haven't run into a 699 yet to compare.
I have not seen one 699 so far. Noone dares to try this.
I'm torn between 969 and 699 myself. I've already done the 969 fuse but haven't actually done the upgrades yet, so if you wanted to go 699 we could do science

Faster, simlar MRA but heavier Golf GTI TCR. Slower, same weight but much better MRA than the Guara. I have one at 669 nearly done fusing, I could try 699.

Seems well rounded, but not a specialist in any single stat.... so, still trying to figure this one out

Alright, I'll commit for posterity. Times for dry asphalt, 969:
1/4 Mile: 12.43
Slalom: 28.46
Karting Circuit: 37.83
Twisty Road: 1:11.00
Fast Circuit (standing start): 1:06.18
Fast Circuit (rolling start): 1:03.39
Twisty Circuit (standing start): 1:07.75
Twisty Circuit (rolling start): 1:05.43
Let me know if there's anything else that should be tested

Time for the Acura NSX 699:
1/4 Mile: 12.43
Slalom: 28.58
Karting Circuit: 37.76

So 969 only wins Slalom on those (as expected) and tie 1/4 mile but 699 takes the rest.

As expected. Was hoping 969 would pull through on fast circuit, but RIP me I guess. Gotta get another NSX to tune lol. Thanks for the times!

Do not discount hairpin (i would expect 969 to win it) and cars in that range have some 969 winning geforce as well, weirdly. Other twisties would most likely go to 699. Still not useless. I can run more times later if you want.

Cool, thanks for bringing my spirits back up haha I can run more as well. Just found out that 969 wins car park, which I didn't expect. I'll post gforce and hairpin tomorrow, just gotta sleep...
How to finish this one, regular 969 or why not 699?
Currently have one sitting at 669 from a temporary tag challenge I think. Weird car for sure - not objectively a good handling car, but it does beat the other Maseratis below 56RQ at tight twisties cause it's got one handling point and/or lower 0-60, but poor MRA. I'll probably do 699 if I decide to finish it, but it's a niche car at best. I'd be willing to do the fusion since I have the C classes lying around if someone had the other to compare with

Also, I just took one for the team, let me know where to test it
I can't do it in finals since another car is fusing for 4 hrs..
FROZEN LAKE - MIXED
969 - 2:24.94
969 - 2:15.51
SLALOM TEST - SNOW
969 - 57.94
TWISTY ROAD - DIRT (WET)
969 - 1:52.04
TWISTY ROAD - ASPHALT (WET)
969 - 1:18.03
699 - 2:24:94
699 - 2:15:79
699 - 57:81
699 - 1:52:17
699 - 1:17:98
Also in finals it won Canyon tour (dry), Canyon dirt road (rain), lost canyon butte and tied both lookouts and dirt road.
There is some catch however, like 323 for slalom test on dry, and twisty rain under rain.
Do i have the good conclusion ?
