Anyone have the odds of pulling 2 of the exact same super rare from an aluminum pack? It just happened to me and I've never had it happen before. Feel like it has to be less than pulling a legendary from a ceramic.

Go search for the chance of pulling 2 SRs in an aluminium then search for how many SRs are in the game and multiply with 1/(all SRs in game) So if u have a drop rate table and the IG SR count i will calculate it for you

1.44% chance then. So still more than a legendary in a ceramic

That seems a bit too high for me🤔 What did u calculate?

3.5*(1/242).... *100 cause I thought .0144% seemed way to low. Better odds to pull 2 legendaries from a ceramic then, but I'm probably wrong lol

No 0.0144 should be right then tho... Congrats on that pull haha (It could be even lower but i dont have the drop rate table)

It should be roughly (0.8285 * 0.3415 * 0.975)/232*100 = 0.1% So yeah, way more likely to pull an S than a duplicate SR
It's not quite right cos you need to factor in the other permutations of getting 2 SR from 3 possible cards but should be close enough.
EDIT -- Not better than odds of 2 x S which is small, i.e 0.0065 * 0.001 * 100 = 0.00065% Or 1 in 150,000

Also the chance of getting 2 legendaries is way higher... u cant just calculate 0.001*0.0065 tho
Finally my 5th legendary and my first RQ30. From a Cash Ceramic. Looking through the thread it seems like a good car. What is the overall opinion on this car?

Ceramic:
2 x S
Look at card 2....0.1%.... or 1 in a 1000 chance Multiply that by card 1 which is roughly 1 in 150 chance 150 * 1000 = roughly 1 in 150,000 so I think the calculation is right
As for the other numbers:
0.8285 = 82.85% chance of SR on Card 1 0.3415 = 34.15% chance of SR on Card 2 0.975 = 97.5% chance of NOT getting SR on Card 3
Sure, you could get SR on Cards 2 & 3, 1 & 3 instead which I didn't factor in but the odds are small so shouldn't affect the overall calc too much.
A simplified way of looking at it:
You are guaranteed an SR, you have a 34% of getting another on card 2. There is a 1 in 232 chance that the second SR is the same car 34/232=0.14%

He asked for an aluminium not for a ceramic tho
Ahh yeah, ok:
0.185 * 0.035 * 100 = 0.65% chance of 2 x SR in an Alu For them to be the same car divide by 232, so 0.003% chance of pulling the same SR twice in 1 Aluminium pack
So the odds of pulling 2 SR in one Alu pack is about the same as getting an S from a Ceramic. To have them be the same car is incredibly 'lucky'

Yesterday and today...
Cash Ceramic. Seems low handling?
