Yep, it was pretty unfortunate - a server engineer was able to fix the issue around 8am Saturday UK time, but it seems people who entered during the outage remained locked out. We didn't have any capacity over the weekend to address this unfortunately. Anyone affected should contact in-game support.
@Hutch_Tim and @Hutch_Robin we have errors on the Asian servers again. I can't even join the daily because it's either not there or it spits me out when I try.
Pretty pathetic how often this happens on the Asian servers. And yet Hutch has never offered an explanation or even confirmed that they do anything to fix it.
As @Ultimate mentioned above, our Asian servers are down again for all events starting today. Is this something we are going to have to put up with every Monday now?
Monday server errors are more likely than news on PL 8.0 these days.
I don't know. As soon as we can, the server guys will reboot to hopefully get things back to normal.
There are observation tools going out with 8.0 for the Asian server issues which should help track down the exact cause, so that we can find a preventative and hopefully permanent fix.

Am I the only one having some problems immediatly after event starts and minutes before it ends? Not server errors but long race loading time. Sometimes its quite annoying when I want to quickly lose 5 tickets and when I need to quickly win 5-10 tickets before end.
IG support says its probably my internet connection issues, but such problems happens only at the start and before end. And probably when Im in elevator where I believe its 100% connection issues.
These are my server erros in less than two days, I missed to screenshot some of them. Most of the times I have to close completely the app and reload, sometimes I have to restart the phone to let it work again.

I suppose they will win at least tier 2, meanwile nothing is done for us, the 280 others. Nothing or nothing known to be exact.
