Lets be clear and I hope Hutch answer us, from what I see th only things should be done:
1- The people got A or S non GR cars (not me) should get a random A or S GR with the same RQ.
2- The compensations are not enough to get super rare GR cars so you either need to compensate us with 599 for each pack or change the non GR Super rare cars with GR ones.
I don't think any of us will use the super rare GR cars so a fair compensation should be given. The last thing I'm not defending Hutch as their support are being rude and strict with all old and new players but human errors are common among all of us not excluding Hutch and thier wrong labeled packs:)

I didin't by a single pack, like I said in that post : p. I was saying that was about @Dabigp 's post. I don't, however, understand why some people would get ceramics and an extra GR SR (like they should) and for some people arturo suddenly proclaims that they won't be getting any cars.

Am I the only one reading the support reply not as that they're saying they'll give you a German renaissance sr but that you were meant to get one in the pack but didnt so they're giving you the gold instead?
Full refund of the 1599G, and some random GR super rares added. Look at United airlines, after their PR disaster they're not that afraid to give out compensations to customers who are likely to be in that scenario again. I was on one of their domestic flights and they were overbooked again, so they offered, for each person, a 3000USD travel voucher. You see 3000USD per person wouldnt've even made a dent in their finances, but will prop their PR up. I think you guys should do this. Throw away your inflation rubbish for a day and just let the players get back what they deserve.

I didn’t expect to be 1st off the ranks, but at least have it done before the event gets too late in. I’ve seen plenty of people already with their compensation and moving on, at this rate I’ll be force to very late join, and we know how people feel about that.
This is very frustrating. I got the gold compensation but it in no helps me in that I was lucky enough to pull a generic S and A for once. I really need those converting to GR.
So in 15 packs, I got 2 GR Epics... a Golf R and an RQ23 Bimmer.... yeah that will really help me This is turning in to AD all over again for me with nothing but pants RQ23 and 24 which I waste loads of UR on whilst others pull ahead with better Epics... frustrating as hell. Not even the 'decent' UR RUF or even the UR Golf to show for it... will be stuffed on all drags and fast circuits... great
Anyway, yesterday I had had enough. I asked support to delete my account, I no longer wish to play (something I have been thinking about for a while so not quite a rage quit.)
Arturo's response was that uninstalling should be enough... err nope because I know I would last a day and then reinstall!
So off I went and unlocked all my S, A and B cars in preparation for selling them. That was tedious enough so I planned to use a 'macro' to actually sell them because it would have also been too psychologically painful to do it manually. Sorted garage in ascending RQ so I could practice and record the macro on commons... then I saw my Austins... hmm can't quit now... that is the most fun bit of the game...
So... I'm still here and playing grudgingly... sigh
Anyone who actually thinks they’re going to get a refund (or even a partial refund) has their hopes up too high. Hutch wouldn’t do that. They don’t care enough about us. They could care less that this happened. Time and time again hutch does not listen to us.

Yeah I did contact support. So for the 10 packs I had bought, I essentially got nearly another 2 'free' but they didn't touch the 'generic' cars I had pulled which is what I had asked for. Basically 22K gold down the pan with not a whole lot to show for it, well aside from a Ford GT which I suppose I shouldn't grumble at, but let's face it, it is another RQ27, I am collecting those CARS

That's not fair because I bought another after I knew they were faulty because I wanted to get moving on upgrades and I trusted Hutch to fix the situation.
I spoke to Matt and got refunded for the one I bought later. So the difference is I got the right support person? This is not right. Do support not talk to each other at all?
