dose anyone else have mmx hill dash crashing on fire stick gamecircle

I love mmx hill dash and climb I have it on all my devices but on my fire stick it won't load past loading screen. it tries to sign into gamecircle and crashes is anyone else experiencing this issue

    Support has completely died for this game. Two years since the last content update, and staff stopped responding on this forum. Sorry to say, there’s probably no help available.
