So I beat the germany girl and got her merc which happened to be an epic
So that got my hopes up that other bosses will have epic-or-better cars. Is that true?

Depends on how you look at it. Like the UK: London's boss car is an Lotus Elise Sport 135, which is Super Rare, and the UAE's boss car is an Ultra Rare BMW SUV.
