Rarity changes in PL7 (October 2018)

With the upcoming release of PL7, the following cars will change in rarity:

As a one-off change, the El Camino SS 454 is being raised by 1 RQ (and so to Super Rare) to recognise how disproportionately useful it is as a specialist.
Regarding the Cadillac CTS-V prize car, we want to move away from the artificial prestige-based rarity ratings. In 6.0 we made the Volvo 850 BTCC prize car an Epic. We’re carrying on this trend with making the Cadillac prize car a Legendary, as per their stats. Neither car has been awarded to date. There are 7 remaining models judged to be Epics that ‘should’ be Legendary. These have not been changed.

...why were the teaser cars annotated as 'rq not final' then though?
also, this is only rarity changes, more cars will probably change RQ
Yeah definitely. You could watch the ads to upgrade a new one when it becomes rare. it'll cost less to upgrade it again
RQ16 MAZDA RX-8
used a stock one as food and the fully upgraded sold and bought a ceramic....dropped lucky got a 2nd RQ22 Patrol Nismo...suppose 2nd is 996 as the 1st was 969
I don't think it will die. It will be the best dragger of the C class easily, and as for the D class, the Corvette 396 will take it's place instantly.
Yeah Dodge and the new Chevys can change everything of course.
That being said, non-awarded prize cars are fine, do what you like! Any guesses to the 7 other epics that should be legendary?
Proceed of selling the C class: 35,894.
Opportunity cost of maxing a D class: 35,375.*
Of course, you might appreciate the additional liquidity. All else is just a hassle.
* Including 15x E class, 250 each, and 1,000 for the D class itself!
